A CIB&RC certificate is the certificate of registration issued by the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee in Form II under the Insecticides Rules, 1971. It records the registered product, its source and composition, the approved label claims and the conditions of registration. Nothing may be imported, manufactured or sold as a pesticide in India without it. Once granted, the certificate can be amended, transferred and endorsed as your business changes.

What is a CIB&RC certificate?
